What can I expect from the Yule Ball?
Co-produced by Warner Bros. Themed Entertainment and Fever, “Harry Potter: A Yule Ball Celebration” is a spellbinding party where guests will be able to participate in iconic and beloved moments inspired by J.K. Rowling’s magical stories and scenes from the Harry Potter film series. The experience features music, dancing, several Wizarding World elements, delicious treats and much more, celebrating the Yule Ball moment in a whimsical, elegant way. Although not mandatory, guests are encouraged to dress up in their best ball and Wizarding World attire. Get ready to gather for a night of surprises and, as McGonagall put it, ‘well-mannered frivolity’.

Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
The experience will be held in an indoor venue.
How long does the experience last?
The experience will take around 2 hours.
Will there be dancing?
Yes! This is a Yule Ball celebration so bring your dancing shoes! Please note, you are not required to dance.
Will there be interactions with the performers?
Yes, you will have an opportunity to interact with the performers!
Is there air conditioning?
Yes, the venue will be air conditioned.

Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
A selection of themed food & drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) will be available for purchase. These are not included in the admission ticket.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience?
Limited chairs and tables will be provided.
Will restrooms be available on site?
Yes, restrooms will be available at the venue
Are there vegan or gluten free options available?
Vegan and gluten free options will be extremely limited. Please contact us
if you have dietary restrictions and are required to bring your own food.
Regarding the access to the event
Do I need to wear a mask?
Masks are not required to enter the experience.
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
Premium Package ticket holders are recommended to arrive 30 min before scheduled session to have early access to the event. Standard Admission ticket holders are recommended to arrive 15 minutes before the time stated on your ticket so we can make sure you enter the experience at the correct time.
What happens if I arrive late?
It is highly recommended to arrive early to ensure you can enjoy the full experience. There is a 15 min grace period from the time of your scheduled session.
Can I bring animals?
Sorry, no pets are allowed in this event’s location. The only exceptions are service animals. Please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org
if you plan to bring a service animal.
What is the minimum age?
The minimum age is 12 years old. Children under the age of 16 years old should be accompanied by an adult.
Children from the age of 6 and older are welcome to join the family sessions on Saturday (9:30am & 12:30pm) and Sunday (10:30am & 1:30pm)
Is the venue ADA compliant?
The venue is ADA compliant except the balcony.
Is there parking available?
Self parking is available at the venue for $5.00 per car. The parking lot attendants accepts cash and Cash App only. Street parking is extremely limited. It is recommended to park at the venue or take a ride share to the experience.

Regarding the tickets
Can I purchase a ticket at the event?
Yes, if a session is not sold out tickets will be available for purchase onsite by scanning a QR code directing you to the Fever App. All purchases are cashless.
Where can I get tickets?
Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?
Tickets are generally non-refundable. Ticket non-refund terms and conditions are agreed to before purchase. However, under special circumstances, you can contact us and our user support team will process your request. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever App. Please contact us
for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
What does the premium package include?
The premium package includes admission to the Yule Ball Celebration plus priority access entry, a complimentary drink, and a special Harry Potter™ gift. The gifts in each premium package may vary depending on the event in each city.
Can I reschedule my tickets to another date/time, or upgrade/downgrade my ticket?
We may be able to help reschedule or exchange your ticket for another date, time or ticket type that has not already sold out. Please contact us
for more information. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
What are the official sellers for this experience?
Official tickets for Harry Potter: A Yule Ball Celebration can only be purchased on Fever
. Tickets are not available on any other website or ticketing platform.
Can I make a Group Booking?
If you would like to request a group booking for at least 40 people, please contact us
to get in touch with your preferred attendance date and the size of your group.
I can't find my ticket. What can I do?
You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don´t have it installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us
