THE EXPERIENCE

What can I expect from this experience? Co-produced by Warner Bros. Themed Entertainment, BeFun, BusinessLand and Fever, Harry Potter™*: A Yule Ball Celebration* is a charming party where guests can enjoy iconic moments inspired by the enchanted stories from J.K. Rowling’s Harry Potter™ series. The experience showcases several elements of the Wizarding World and elegantly celebrates the memorable Yule Ball in a fantastical way. Dressing up in formal attire is encouraged, though not required. Get ready for a night full of surprises and, as Professor McGonagall once said, a “night of well-mannered frivolity.”
Where is the experience taking place? The event will be held at The Space at Solaire, located within Solaire Resort Entertainment City, Parañaque City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
Is the experience indoors or outdoors? The event takes place in an indoor, air-conditioned venue.
How long is the experience? The experience lasts approximately 2 hours.
What are the opening hours?
  • Monday and Tuesday – Closed
  • Wednesday to Friday – Sessions at 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM
  • Saturday and Sunday – Sessions at 10:00 AM, 1:00 PM, 4:00 PM, and 7:00 PM
What time should I arrive? It is highly recommended to arrive early to ensure you can enjoy the full experience.
There is a 15 min grace period from the time of your scheduled session.
Will there be merchandise for sale? Yes! A variety of merchandise will be available for purchase.
What payment methods are accepted? Tickets purchased online through TicketWorld may be paid for using credit/debit cards and e-wallets. Cash payments are accepted at TicketWorld outlets. At the event, food, beverages, and merchandise may be purchased using cash or credit/debit cards.
Do I need a wand? Wands are welcome! If you don’t have one, you’ll be able to purchase one at the event.
Do I need to have watched the movies to enjoy the experience? We recommend it, but we guarantee you'll still enjoy the experience even if this is your first introduction to the Wizarding World™.
What is the minimum age?
  • The minimum age is 6+
  • All children below the age of 17 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian
  • Children 5 years old and below will not be admitted
Is this experience family-friendly? Yes! Families with children aged 4+ are welcome at daytime sessions. Teens and adults (12+) are welcome at afternoon and evening sessions. See the “Minimum Age” section for more details.
Will there be dancing? Yes! It’s a celebration, so bring your comfortable shoes. However, dancing is optional — there are other activities to enjoy throughout the experience.
Will there be actor interaction? Yes! There will be respectful interaction opportunities with actors at the event.
What is the dress code?

Though not mandatory, guests are encouraged to dress up for the occasion — whether that means robes, house colors, magical accessories, or your best wizarding-inspired look!

Wands and robes will be available for purchase on-site, but you are also welcome to bring your own if you already have them.

For everyone’s safety, any masks, face coverings, or costume pieces that cover your face must be removable when entering the property and whenever requested by security or venue staff.

Props or accessories that resemble weapons, including toy guns, knives, swords, or similar items, are strictly not allowed.

Where can I buy tickets?

To secure your spot, we recommend purchasing tickets in advance through Fever’s official channels (the only authorized ticketing platform):

  • Fever’s official website.

  • On-site ticket office (card payments only; subject to availability)

  • IMPORTANT: To protect fans from illegal sales, we are not responsible for tickets bought through other platforms.
Can I buy tickets at the box office? Yes, but availability is limited. We recommend purchasing in advance online. Tickets purchased at the box office are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Only card payments are accepted at the box office.
What are the prices and types of tickets available?

Ticket prices vary by session date and ticket type.

Available ticket categories include:

  • General Admission – starts at ₱2,750
  • Child (Ages 4–10, Family Sessions only) – starts at ₱1,500
  • 4-Ticket Bundle – starts at ₱9,000
  • VIP – starts at ₱4,250
  • Senior – starts at ₱2,200
  • PWD – starts at ₱2,200

Weekend and peak-session pricing may apply. Proof of eligibility must be presented for Senior, and PWD tickets where applicable.

What does the VIP Ticket include?

VIP admission includes:

  • Priority entry

  • 1 drink (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) — including themed drinks

  • 1 complimentary gift of your choice (from available options)

  • Coat check service (1 bag + 1 clothing item)

Can I make a group reservation? Are there group discounts?

We offer special group bundles for parties of four (4) or more. Full show buyouts are also available for UnionBank cardholders. For inquiries and bookings, please contact us here.

If you would like to request a group booking for at least 50 people, please email us at experiences@gmg-productions.com to get in touch with your preferred attendance date and the size of your group.

Can I Propose to my Partner at the Experience? We welcome proposals and would be happy to discuss any requests you may have to ensure your proposal is unique and memorable! Please contact experiences@gmg-productins.com for an inquiry.
What if I lose my ticket? Your ticket can be retrieved from the email address used to purchase it through TicketWorld. You may also access it at any time by logging into your TicketWorld account and visiting the “My Tickets” section.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Yes, tickets for the experience are transferable.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No. Printed tickets are not required. If you purchased your tickets through TicketWorld, your e-ticket will be sent to the email address used during purchase. Simply present the PDF ticket on your mobile device for scanning upon entry.

If you would still prefer a printed ticket, ticket printing may be accommodated at the venue up to one (1) hour before your scheduled session, subject to verification. To have your ticket printed, please present the credit card used for purchase (or a photo showing the last four digits and cardholder name) along with a valid ID belonging to the cardholder. Please note that tickets that have already been scanned cannot be printed.

I can’t find my ticket. What should I do? Your tickets will be sent to the email address used to purchase them via TicketWorld. You can also access them by logging into your TicketWorld account and visiting the “My Tickets” section.
Can I change my ticket date? Can I request a refund? Tickets are non-refundable unless your session is cancelled or rescheduled by the organizers

I bought my ticket from another site. Will I be allowed in? Only tickets purchased through TicketWorld are valid for entry. Tickets obtained from unauthorized third-party websites, resellers, or other sources may not be accepted and will not guarantee admission to the event.
Can I pay in cash? Tickets may be purchased with cash at TicketWorld outlets. Online purchases through the TicketWorld website can be paid for using credit/debit cards and e-wallets. On-site ticket availability is limited and subject to remaining inventory.

ACCESS & VENUE

Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility? Yes. Harry Potter™: A Yule Ball Celebration is wheelchair accessible, and guests with reduced mobility are welcome to attend. While the experience includes dancing and interactive elements, all guests can enjoy the celebration visually and participate at their own comfort level. If you require additional assistance during your visit, please inform our front-of-house staff, who will be happy to help.
Do you offer tickets for PCD companions? Yes. Visitors needing assistance are entitled to one free companion ticket. Contact us here] to request. Once approved, we’ll provide a voucher to redeem in the Fever app. The regular and companion tickets must be shown at entry.
Is parking available? Yes. The venue has free parking accessible from The Theatre and Hotel parking garages.
Is there a cloakroom? Yes, there is a cloakroom available at an additional cost.
Can I bring my pet? Unfortunately, no. Only certified service animals are allowed.
Are there restrooms on site? There are no restrooms inside the experience area, but restrooms are available outside The Space. Ask the staff if you need help.
Is the event safe for people with epilepsy or autism? The experience includes flashing lights, strobe effects, and loud sounds, which may not be suitable for people with epilepsy or sensory sensitivity.
Will food and drinks be available for purchase? Yes! Alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as themed food, will be available. They’re not included in your ticket price. Payment by cash or card. Note: VIP tickets include 1 complimentary drink.
Can I enter the store just to shop? No. A valid event ticket is required to access the experience and the store.
Is the event suitable for pregnant people? Yes. The experience does not involve strenuous activity or disturbing content. Please speak to the staff upon arrival for any specific needs.
Can I bring a stroller? Strollers are not allowed inside the experience, but an unattended parking area is available. Babies may be carried in arms, slings, or baby carriers.

Can I take photos? Absolutely! We encourage guests to take photos and share on social media using the hashtag #YuleBallPH. Just be mindful of others. Professional cameras and tripods are not allowed.
Is there a Lost & Found? We would recommend asking the staff at the venue if they have found your belongings.

RIGHT OF ADMISSION

Right of admission We reserve the right to deny admission or remove any guest who displays inappropriate behavior, such as intoxication, drug use, or dangerous conduct. Guests may be searched to ensure safety and prevent entry with prohibited items. Entry is not guaranteed for tickets not purchased through Fever (the only official box office).
