What can I expect from this experience?
Co-produced by Warner Bros. Themed Entertainment, BeFun, Businessland and Fever, Harry Potter™: A Yule Ball Celebration is a charming party where guests can enjoy iconic moments inspired by the enchanted stories from J.K. Rowling’s Harry Potter™ series. The experience showcases several elements of the Wizarding World and elegantly celebrates the memorable Yule Ball in a fantastical way. Dressing up in formal attire is encouraged, though not required. Get ready for a night full of surprises and, as Professor McGonagall once said, a “night of well-mannered frivolity.”

The event will be held at Shopping Cidade São Paulo, located at Av. Paulista, 1230, 4th floor - Bela Vista, São Paulo - SP, 01310-100.
Is the experience indoors or outdoors?
The event takes place in an indoor, air-conditioned venue.
How long is the experience?
The experience lasts approximately 2 hours.
What are the opening hours?
Monday – Closed
Tuesday to Thursday – sessions at 3:30 PM, 6:00 PM, and 8:30 PM
Friday - sessions at 1:30 PM, 4:00 PM, 6:30 PM, and 9:00 PM
Saturday and Sunday – sessions at 11:00 AM, 1:30 PM, 4:00 PM, 6:30 PM, and 9:00 PM
What time should I arrive?
Please arrive 15 minutes before your session time. We will do our best to allow entry up to 15 minutes late, but we reserve the right to deny entry once the session has started.
Will there be merchandise for sale?
Yes! A variety of merchandise will be available for purchase.
What payment methods are accepted?
Tickets purchased online or at the box office can be paid by card (credit/debit) or PIX. At food and beverage stands and in the merchandise store, cash, card (credit/debit), or PIX will be accepted.
Do I need a wand?
Wands are welcome! If you don’t have one, you’ll be able to purchase one at the event.
Do I need to have watched the movies to enjoy the experience?
We recommend it, but we guarantee you'll still enjoy the experience even if this is your first introduction to the Wizarding World™.
What is the minimum age?
Ages 6+ for sessions before 3:30 PM, and 12+ for sessions after 4:00 PM. Children aged 6 to 15 must be accompanied by an adult. All attendees require a ticket regardless of age.
Is this experience family-friendly?
Yes! Families with children aged 6+ are welcome at daytime sessions. Teens and adults (12+) are welcome at afternoon and evening sessions. See the “Minimum Age” section for more details.
Will there be dancing?
Yes! It’s a celebration, so bring your comfortable shoes. However, dancing is optional — there are other activities to enjoy throughout the experience.
Will there be actor interaction?
Yes! There will be respectful interaction opportunities with actors at the event.
What is the dress code?
This is a special celebration! While not required, we recommend dressing for the occasion. Wands and cloaks will be available for purchase, but feel free to bring your own.
Will there be Butterbeer?
Absolutely! Take the opportunity to purchase the Butterbeer tasting as well as other themed drinks and dishes.

To secure your spot, we recommend purchasing tickets in advance through Fever’s official channels (the only authorized ticketing platform):

Can I buy tickets at the box office?
Yes, but availability is limited. We recommend purchasing in advance online. Tickets purchased at the box office are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Only card payments are accepted at the box office.
What are the prices and types of tickets available?
Tickets start at R$ 130, with various categories:
Full-price ticket
Half-price ticket (valid for eligible individuals)
Social ticket (available to anyone, includes a donation)
Group ticket (minimum 6 people)

No, military discounts are not offered.
What does the VIP Ticket include?
VIP admission includes:
Priority entry
1 drink (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) — including themed drinks
1 complimentary gift of your choice (from available options)
Coat check service (1 bag + 1 clothing item)
What if I lose my ticket?
Tickets are available in the Fever app under “Tickets,” or in your confirmation email. For further assistance, contact us here.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No need to print. You can show your ticket in the Fever app or scan the QR code from the confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket date? Can I request a refund?
Date changes are allowed up to 48 hours in advance. Contact us here with your ticket ID.
Refunds are accepted only within 7 days of purchase and before your session time.
I bought my ticket from another site. Will I be allowed in?
Tickets are only sold through the Fever app and website. Tickets purchased elsewhere are not valid and will not grant access.
ACCESS & VENUE
Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?
Yes! The venue is accessible. While the experience involves dancing, all guests — including those with reduced mobility — can enjoy the experience visually.
Do you offer tickets for PCD companions?
Yes. Visitors needing assistance are entitled to one free companion ticket. Contact us here to request. Once approved, we’ll provide a voucher to redeem in the Fever app. The regular and companion tickets must be shown at entry.
Is parking available?
Yes. The shopping mall has paid parking (starting at R$ 25), with access via Rua São Carlos do Pinhal, 627.
Is there a cloakroom?
Yes, there is a cloakroom available at an additional cost.
Can I bring my pet?
Unfortunately, no. Only certified service animals are allowed.
Are there restrooms on site?
There are no restrooms inside the experience area, but mall restrooms are available nearby. Ask the staff if you need help.
Is the event safe for people with epilepsy or autism?
The experience includes flashing lights, strobe effects, and loud sounds, which may not be suitable for people with epilepsy or sensory sensitivity.
Will food and drinks be available for purchase?
Yes! Alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as themed food, will be available. They’re not included in your ticket price. Payment by cash or card. Note: VIP tickets include 1 complimentary drink.
Will there be vegetarian and vegan options?
Yes, both vegetarian and vegan options will be available.
Can I enter the store just to shop?
No. A valid event ticket is required to access the experience and the store.
Is the event suitable for pregnant people?
Yes. The experience does not involve strenuous activity or disturbing content. Please speak to the staff upon arrival for any specific needs.
Can I bring a stroller?
Strollers are not allowed inside the experience, but an unattended parking area is available. Babies may be carried in arms, slings, or baby carriers.
