What can I expect from Harry Potter: A Yule Ball Celebration?
Co-produced by Warner Bros. Themed Entertainment and Fever, “Harry Potter: A Yule Ball Celebration” is a spellbinding party where guests will be able to participate in iconic and beloved moments inspired by J.K. Rowling’s magical stories and scenes from the Harry Potter film series. The experience features music, dancing, several Wizarding World elements, delicious treats and much more, celebrating the Yule Ball moment in a whimsical, elegant way. Although not mandatory, guests are encouraged to dress up in their best ball and Wizarding World attire. Get ready to gather for a night of surprises and, as McGonagall put it, ‘well-mannered frivolity’.

Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
The experience will be held in an indoor venue.
How long does the experience last?
The experience will take around 2 hours.
Will there be interactions with the performers?
Yes, you will have an opportunity to interact with the performers if you'd like!
Do I need to have watched the movies?
We encourage it! But even if you are brand new to Harry Potter™ and this is your first foray into the magical world, you will enjoy the experience regardless.
Will there be merchandise for sale?
Yes, there will be the opportunity to purchase Harry Potter™ merchandise to take home.
Do I need a wand?
Wands are encouraged! If you do not have a wand do not worry, wands are available for purchase at the event.
Will there be dancing?
This is a Yule Ball celebration so bring your dancing shoes if you’d like! You're not required to dance though and can enjoy the performances, themed treats, Yule Ball Market, opportunities for photos and more.
Are there any special effects or loud noises in the experience?
There will be lighting sequences created within the lighting design that will have some flashing lights contained within them, however, these will not be strobe lighting.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
A selection of themed food & drinks (alcoholic and non alcoholic) will be available for purchase. These are not included in the admission ticket and payments will be cashless. Note: Deluxe Package ticket holders will receive one complimentary drink.
Are there vegan or gluten free options available?
There will be a range of food options - both savoury and sweet with limited options for vegetarian, vegan and GF. Contact us

Will there be Butterbeer™?
Yes! You will be able to buy the famous Butterbeer™!
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Absolutely! We encourage Guests to take photos throughout the experience. Don’t forget to share your best photos on social media using the hashtag #HPYuleBallCelebration. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other guests. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
What is the minimum age?
- The minimum age is 6+ for select sessions, for all other sessions the minimum age is 12.
- Children from the age of 6 and older are welcome to join the family sessions accompanied by an adult on Friday and Saturday’s (3:30pm) and Sunday (1:30pm). For all other sessions children must be at least 12 years of age. Children under the age of 16 years old should be accompanied by an adult.
Is this event recommended for families?
Absolutely! However, we recommend families and anyone who is under the age of 17 years old to attend the Family sessions.
Regarding the access to the event
Do I need to wear a mask?
Masks are not required to enter the experience.
What time should I arrive?
Doors to the venue will open at the time indicated in your tickets, however it is recommended to arrive early. Please consider this when planning your journey to the experience.
What happens if I arrive late?
It is highly recommended to arrive early to ensure you can enjoy the full experience. There is a 15 min grace period from the time of your scheduled session.

Can I bring animals?
Sorry, no pets are allowed in this event’s location. The only exceptions are service animals. Please contact us directly at email@example.com

with any lost property queries. All lost items will be held on site until the end of the run for guests to collect.
Can I pay with cash at the venue?
No, Harry Potter: A Yule Ball Celebration is a cashless event.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience?
Limited chairs and tables will be provided. There will be a seating area where you will be able to enjoy the experience.
Will restrooms be available on site?
Yes, restrooms will be available at the venue on the ground floor.
Is there air conditioning?
Yes, the venue will be air conditioning.
Is there parking available?
The Venue does not have allocated parking. Street parking in Paddington is available however is limited. It is recommended to arrive by public transport or take a ride share to the experience. The nearest commercial parking station is located at The Entertainment Quarter, Lang Road, Moore Park.

Will there be a cloakroom?
Yes, at a fee. Free of charge for Deluxe Package ticket holders.
Regarding the tickets
Can I purchase a ticket at the event?
Yes, if a session is not sold out tickets will be available for purchase onsite by scanning a QR code directing you to the Fever App. All purchases are cashless.
Where can I get tickets?
Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?
Tickets are generally non-refundable. Ticket non-refund terms and conditions are agreed to before purchase. However, under special circumstances, you can contact us and our user support team will process your request. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever App. Please contact us
for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
What does the deluxe package include?
The deluxe package includes admission to Harry Potter: A Yule Ball Celebration plus a complimentary drink (alcoholic and non-alcoholic options available), free cloakroom and a special Harry Potter™ gift. The gifts in each deluxe package may vary depending on the event in each city.
Can I reschedule my tickets to another date/time, or upgrade/downgrade my ticket?

What are the official sellers for this experience?
Official tickets for Harry Potter: A Yule Ball Celebration can only be purchased on Fever. Tickets are not available on any other website or ticketing platform.
Can I make a Group Booking?
If you would like to request a group booking for at least 50 people, please contact us
to get in touch with your preferred attendance date and the size of your group.
I can't find my ticket. What can I do?
You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don´t have it installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
