Themed Entertainment and Fever, “Harry Potter: A Yule Ball Celebration” is a spellbinding party where guests will be able to participate in iconic and beloved moments inspired by J.K. Rowling’s magical stories and scenes from the Harry Potter film series. The experience features music, dancing, several Wizarding World elements, delicious treats and much more, celebrating the Yule Ball moment in a whimsical, elegant way. Although not mandatory, guests are encouraged to dress up in their best ball and Wizarding World attire. Get ready to gather for a night of surprises and, as McGonagall put it, ‘well-mannered frivolity’.

How long is the experience?

The experience lasts around 2.5 hours. However, there is lots to see and do at your own pace, so make sure you save some extra time to make the most of everything on offer!

Do I need to have watched the movies?

We encourage it! But even if you are brand new to Harry Potter and this is your first foray into the magical world, you will enjoy the experience regardless.

What is the minimum age?

The minimum age is 12 years old. Children under the age of 17 years old should be accompanied by an adult.

The minimum age in the Saturday sessions at 12:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. and Sunday at 10:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m is 6 years old.

We recommend families and anyone who is under the age of 17  years old to attend the earlier sessions.

The experience will be held in an indoor venue. The main attraction will be indoors. The front and back patio will also be available for use.

Yes! This is a Yule Ball celebration so bring your dancing shoes! Please note, you are not required to dance.

It is highly recommended to arrive at the time stated in your tickets, to ensure you can enjoy the full experience while minimizing waiting time to check-in. Please note that doors to the venue will open at the time indicated in your tickets.

Limited chairs and tables will be provided. There will be a seating area where you will be able to enjoy the experience.

We encourage all tickets to be pre-purchased ahead of time through one of the following three channels:

Can I purchase a ticket at the event?

Yes, if a session is not sold out then tickets will be available for purchase at the event. All purchases are cashless. ONLY same day purchase is available at the entrance. Please purchase future tickets online or in the Fever App.

If there is an emergency and you need to reschedule your ticket, we may be able to help reschedule or exchange your ticket for another date, time. Please contact us for more information. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking Transfer Tickets on your ticket on the Fever App. Please contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

Tickets are generally non-refundable. Ticket non-refund terms and conditions are agreed to before purchase. However, under special circumstances, you can contact us and our user support team will process your request. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

I can't find my ticket. What can I do?

You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from Google Play and Apple Store. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.

The premium package includes admission to the Yule Ball Celebration plus priority access entry, a complimentary drink, and a special Harry Potter™ gift. The gifts in each premium package may vary depending on the event in each city.

No, ticket validation will be through contactless tickets directly in the Fever App.

There will be lighting sequences created within the lighting design that will have some flashing lights contained within them, however, these will not be strobe lighting.

Parking is not available on site, but you will be able to park in the surrounding streets according to neighborhood regulations. The site is also easily accessible by metro and is close to the Lucien-L'Allier station. It is recommended to use public transport or take a ride share to the experience.

What if the weather is bad?

The event is indoors and the event will happen rain or shine. If there is severe weather conditions that prohibits the event from proceeding, communication will be sent to all guests. Please check the email account associated with your Fever account for updates if the corecase is concerning.

Absolutely! We encourage Guests to take photos throughout the experience. Don’t forget to share your best photos on social media using the hashtag #HPYuleBallCelebration. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
