What can I expect from the Yule Ball Celebration?
Co-produced by Warner Bros. Themed Entertainment and Fever, “Harry Potter: A Yule Ball Celebration” is a spellbinding party where guests will be able to participate in iconic and beloved moments inspired by J.K. Rowling’s magical stories and scenes from the Harry Potter film series. The experience features music, dancing, several Wizarding World elements, delicious treats and much more, celebrating the Yule Ball moment in a whimsical, elegant way. Although not mandatory, guests are encouraged to dress up in their best ball and Wizarding World attire. Get ready to gather for a night of surprises and, as McGonagall put it, ‘well-mannered frivolity’.
How long is the experience?
The experience lasts around 2.5 hours. However, there is lots to see and do at your own pace, so make sure you save some extra time to make the most of everything on offer!
Will there be merchandise for sale?
Yes, there will be several locations to purchase Harry Potter merchandise to take home
Do I need to have watched the movies?
We encourage it! But even if you are brand new to Harry Potter and this is your first foray into the magical world, you will enjoy the experience regardless.
What time should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled start time. This is to ensure you have enough time to check-in before entering the experience.
What is the minimum age?
The minimum age is 12 years old. Children under the age of 17 years old should be accompanied by an adult.
Is this event recommended for families?
We recommend families and anyone who is under the age of 17 years old to attend the earlier sessions.
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
The experience will be held in an indoor venue. The main attraction will be indoors. The front and back patio will also be available for use.
Will there be dancing?
Yes! This is a Yule Ball celebration so bring your dancing shoes! Please note, you are not required to dance.
Will there be interactions with the performers?
Yes, you will have an opportunity to interact with the performers!
What is the dress code?
Though it is not mandatory, guests are encouraged to dress up for the occasion. Wands and robes will be available for purchase on-site, but you can bring your own if you want them!
Will there be Butterbeer?
Yes! You will be able to buy the famous Butterbeer!
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
Please arrive 15 minutes before the time stated on your ticket so we can make sure you enter the experience at the correct time.
What happens if I arrive late?
It is highly recommended to arrive early to ensure you can enjoy the full experience. There is a 15 min grace period from the time of your scheduled session. Guests that are more than 15 minute late may not be admitted.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?
Limited chairs and tables will be provided. There will be a seating area where you will be able to enjoy the experience.

Can I purchase a ticket at the event?
Yes, if a session is not sold out then tickets will be available for purchase at the event. All purchases are cashless. ONLY same day purchase is available at the entrance. Please purchase future tickets online or in the Fever App.
Can I reschedule my tickets to another date/time?
If there is an emergency and you need to reschedule your ticket, we may be able to help reschedule or exchange your ticket for another date, time. Please contact us for more information. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever App. Please contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
What is your refund policy?
Tickets are generally non-refundable. Ticket non-refund terms and conditions are agreed to before purchase. However, under special circumstances, you can contact us and our user support team will process your request. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
I can't find my ticket. What can I do?
You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from Google Play and Apple Store. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, ticket validation will be through contactless tickets directly in the Fever App.
Can I pay my ticket with cash?
Cash payment will not be possible. All tickets must be pre-purchased through the Website or APP or purchase by card day of.

Where is the experience located?
The experience is located at Le Salon 1861 , 550 Ave Richmond, Montreal, Quebec H3J 1V3, Canada.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
Yes! Enjoy delicious themed food & drinks ( alcoholic and non alcoholic). All food and beverage will be available for purchase.

Please contact us and we will advise on how we can best assist you. We highly recommend you reach out at least hours prior to your scheduled event date.
Do you have accessible parking?
Yes, there is ADA parking right in front of the venue.
Are dogs permitted?
Only certified service animals are allowed. If you need to bring a service animal, please contact us and we will advise on how we can best assist you
Are there any special effects or loud noises in the experience?
There will be lighting sequences created within the lighting design that will have some flashing lights contained within them, however, these will not be strobe lighting.
Will catering units accommodate dietary requirements?
There will be a range of hot and cold food- both savory and sweet with limited options for vegetarian, vegan and GF options.
Is there parking available?
Parking is not available on site, but you will be able to park in the surrounding streets according to neighborhood regulations. The site is also easily accessible by metro and is close to the Lucien-L'Allier station. It is recommended to use public transport or take a ride share to the experience.

What if the weather is bad?
The event is indoors and the event will happen rain or shine. If there is severe weather conditions that prohibits the event from proceeding, communication will be sent to all guests. Please check the email account associated with your Fever account for updates if the corecase is concerning.
Can I take photos of the experience?
Absolutely! We encourage Guests to take photos throughout the experience. Don’t forget to share your best photos on social media using the hashtag #HPYuleBallCelebration. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
Who do I contact about lost property?
Please contact us with any lost property queries. All lost items will be held on site until the end of the run for Guests to collect.
Can I pay with cash at the venue?
No, the Yule Ball Celebration is a cashless site.
Do I need a wand?
Wands are encouraged! If you do not have a wand do not worry, wands are available for purchase at the event.
